ZenZion Wonders Sdn Bhd (“ZenZoin Wonders”) together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated companies (collectively ZenZion Group and any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” shall include any member of the ZenZion Group) respects and is committed to the protection of your personal data and your privacy. This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Privacy Notice”) explains how ZenZion Wonders collects and handles your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia, as amended and modified from time to time. Please note that ZenZion Wonders may amend this Privacy Notice at any time without prior notice and will notify you of any such amendment via our website or by such other means of communication as deemed suitable by ZenZion Wonders, and your continued usage of our products and/or services shall be treated as your agreement and acceptance of the update terms in this Privacy Notice.

Personal information means any information which relates to you or any other third party related to you which was collected or provided to ZenZion Wonders for the purposes stated in Section 2 below. We process your personally identifiable information which may include your name, NRIC number, contact details, financial and banking account details, information regarding your family, relatives or third party that you provide to us, your preferences in relation to products and services you purchase from us, other types of information, and all other information which are provided by you to ZenZion Wonders via these channels:

a. Transaction information, such as product purchased, price, method of payment and payment details;
b. Personal details such as name, delivery address, email address, phone number, date of birth and other contact information when you provide that information to us, such as if you register with our web site, or through any promotions;
c. Account information, such as username, password, and other identifiers or credentials used to access our web site or to acquire ZenZion Wonders’ products and services;
d. Other personal information you choose to provide when you interact with ZenZionWonders;

a. Customer or potential customer: ZenZion Wonders collects your personal information directly from you or indirectly from your representatives, agents and/or employer when you, your representatives, agents and/or employers send us completed enquiry, application and/or registration forms via various means, including online and physical hardcopies at public venues or in any of our premises. Your personal information may also be collected from cookies through the use of our website.
b. Vendor, supplier, tenant or service provider: ZenZion Wonders, whether directly or through our authorised agents and representatives, collects your personal data directly from you or indirectly from third parties such as your employer, authorised agents or credit reporting agencies when you enter into any transactions or arrangements with ZenZionWonders, including in connection with the supply or proposed supply of products or services, when you send us completed enquiry or form via various means, including online and physical hardcopies or when you voluntarily provide us with your sensitive personal data. Your personal data may also be collected from cookies through the use of our website.

 

1.3 Obligatory Personal Information

All information requested for in the relevant forms is obligatory to be provided by you unless stated otherwise. Should you fail to provide the obligatory information, we would be unable to process your request and/or provide you with relevant services.

c. to comply with ZenZion Wonders’s legal and regulatory obligations in the conduct of its business;

e. to ensure that the content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for your and for your computer and/or device;
f. for ZenZion Wonders’s internal records management, customer relations events and activities, and customer loyalty reward program.

Data analytics processing

ZenZion Wonders wants to share and consolidate your data into a single platform to be shared across the ZenZion Wonders Group of Companies, including ZenZion Wonders Berhad and ZenZion Wonders Education Group Sdn Bhd. We will use and share your data for analytics and measurement purposes to understand how our products and services are used, to help improve the products and services we offer, to provide you with more personalized products and services, and provide a more seamless customer experience. For example, we analyse data about your choice and preferences in relation to the products and services you purchase from us to send you targeted advertisements and promotional materials. We also process data about the ads you interact with to help us and advertisers understand the performance of various ad campaigns.

 

3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Entities within ZenZion Wonders

Your personal information provided to us is processed by and disclosed to entities (in or outside of Malaysia) within ZenZion Wonders (including related companies, subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies and outsourcing partners). ZenZion Wonders will ensure that access to your personal information is restricted to staff who are contractually required to process your personal information in accordance with their respective job requirements.

 

3.2 Classes of Third Parties

Your personal information may be disclosed to relevant third parties (in or outside of Malaysia) as required under law, pursuant to relevant contractual or business relationships, or for the purposes stated in Section 2 (Purposes of collecting and further processing (including disclosing) your personal information) above (or directly related to those purposes). The aforesaid relevant third parties may include the following:

a. Professional advisors and corporate service providers, including auditors, lawyers, company secretary and consultants;

You hereby acknowledge that such disclosure and transfer may occur and permit ZenZion Wonders to release your personal information to the other party and its advisers/representatives.

 

3.3 Transfer of Your Personal Data outside Malaysia.

It may be necessary for us to transfer your personal information outside of Malaysia if any of the third parties mentioned in section 3 (Disclosure of personal information) above including our service providers or business partners who are involved in providing any services to us are located or have processing facilities in countries outside of Malaysia. 

You consent to us transferring your personal information outside Malaysia to such third parties and for the purposes set out in section 2 (Purposes of collecting and further processing (including disclosing) your personal information). 

We shall take necessary steps to ensure that any such third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal information and that they can only process your personal information under our instructions.

5. RIGHT TO ACCESS AND CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to access and correct your personal information that you have submitted to ZenZion Wonders, whereby you may do so by contacting us via zenzionwonders@gmail.com e-mail address. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action that we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

 

 

6. LIMITING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, WITHDRAWING CONSENT, FURTHER ENQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS

7. DATA SECURITY
We have implemented reasonable physical, technical and procedural measures to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised or accidental access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. 

We also ensure that any third-party service providers storing or processing your personal information has implemented similar acceptable standards of security.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted on our website.

 

8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will process your personal data for as long as we have a legal basis to do so. Your personal information will be stored for only the period as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above after which we will ensure that your personal information is deleted or if it is no longer necessary to store. 

We also implement the following measures for the management and deletion of personal data that is stored by us:

a. Maintaining a system for proper record of personal data disposal periodically and making such record available for submission when directed by the Personal Data Protection Commissioner;
b. Conducting reviews and disposing all unwanted personal data that in the database from time to time;
c. Preparing and maintaining a personal data disposal schedule for inactive data with a twenty-four (24) months period;
d. Dispose personal data collection forms used in commercial transactions within a period of fourteen (14) days, except if/unless the forms carry legal values in relation to the commercial transaction;
e. Prohibiting the storage of personal data through removable media device and cloud computing service unless written consent is obtained from an officer authorised by the top management of ZenZion Wonders.

 

ZenZion Wonders is committed to taking appropriate measures designed to keep personal information secure. We have in place technical, administrative, and physical procedures designed to protect personal information from accidental, unlawful or unauthorised loss, access, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction. While we take efforts to safeguard our information systems, no website, mobile application, computer system, or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
